Privacy Policy

Polacard is built on one idea: your photos are yours. The app does all of its work on your iPhone and does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information anywhere.
The short version: No accounts. No servers. No analytics. No ads. No tracking. Nothing you make ever leaves your device unless you explicitly share it.
What Polacard collects
Nothing. Polacard has no user accounts and no analytics or advertising software. We operate no servers that receive your data, so there is no personal information for us to see, store, sell, or lose.
Your photos
When you choose photos, Polacard uses Apple's built-in photo picker. The app receives only the images you select, and it has no access to the rest of your photo library. Those images are processed entirely on your device to create your keepsakes and are never uploaded. When you pick different photos or close the app, they are discarded.
Apple Wallet passes
The passes Polacard creates are generated and cryptographically signed on your device and handed directly to Apple Wallet. They are not sent to us or to any third party. Once a pass is in your Wallet, Apple's privacy policy governs it.
Things you choose to share
If you use “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Share as Image,” iOS hands your creation to the destination you pick, such as Wallet, Messages, and so on. What happens after that is governed by that app or service, not by Polacard.
Children's privacy
Because Polacard collects no data at all, it collects none from children. The app is suitable for all ages.
Third parties
Polacard contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking components, and shares no data with anyone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Because the app collects no data, we don't expect material changes.
